With 27 years as an NCAA collegiate coach, Craig Kolek is one of the most decorated volleyball minds in the country — 1,000+ career wins, 22 conference championships, two NCAA Final Four appearances, and 19 Coach of the Year honors. A 3-time Hall of Fame inductee who has developed 17 All-Americans, Craig also runs CCK Performance Training, helping athletes build the mental edge to perform under pressure.
Matt Bynon brings over 20 years of experience as a player, coach, and recruiter. A former NCAA All-American and three-time Defensive Player of the Year at Rivier University — where he led the nation in digs in 2012 — Matt earned AVCA 30 Under 30 recognition and built a powerhouse program at Windham High School, winning a State Championship in 2021 and reaching five consecutive State Final Fours. His collegiate coaching career has included stops at UMass Lowell (Division I), Southern New Hampshire University, and Rivier University.
Jeff Costa has spent his career building and elevating volleyball programs at the collegiate level. Currently the Head Coach at Rivier University, Jeff previously served as Head Coach at Fisher College and led Merrimack College from 2015 to 2022 — including guiding the program through its historic elevation to NCAA Division I in 2019.
A four-time conference champion and two-time 1st Team All-Conference honoree at Rivier University, Terry Matatall competed in the NCAA Final Four, Elite Eight, and the Premier Volleyball League with Team NE. He channeled that experience into coaching, co-founding Mill City Volleyball Club in 2017 and serving as an assistant coach at Merrimack College.
Mike Hovnanian has built a reputation as one of New England's most versatile club volleyball coaches, serving as both Boys and Girls Head Coach at Mill City VBC and currently as Girls Director. A two-time GNAC Champion and NCAA Final Four participant at Rivier University, Mike brings international experience and a well-rounded perspective to every athlete he works with.
